Sian Chye Tong held its open house on the 16th day of the 1st lunar month (corresponding to 15th February 2014). It was attended by devotees and well-wishers. The temple was brightly lit with a magnificent horse in the Main Hall as the centre piece. At 8 p.m. there was a lion dance, followed by drummers and a dragon dance.
